17 Join me for “Mindful Eating”, an exclusive experience in eating with awareness on Thursday, August 17, 2017, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. will include tasting and customized pairings of small plates (tapas) and is being hosted by SAGE Career Coaching and showcases We Olive products. This event also includes a short meditation designed to facilitate awareness and enjoyment of the food we eat.

After work on a summer Thursday evening just before the start of your weekend, come celebrate yourself by joining other individuals drawn to the practice of mindful eating. Take this time to enjoy good food in a quiet and relaxing environment.
If you appreciate time for yourself and refreshing summer food and drink pairings, you won’t want to miss this evening. “Mindful Eating” will feature 5 different small plates served with sparkling mint water infused with orange juice, a refreshing summer drink to end your day. The meditation technique we use at SAGE Career Coaching that is included with the event will help you be truly present as you experience mindful eating.
